ANDAGNA.

About Andagna

Number one — it’s in the name.

Andagna comes from the Amharic word for “number one” — and stands for African Next-Generation Digital Accelerators & Global Network of Achievers. The colors tell the same story: sunrise gold for the future of African tech talent, deep green for the work of building it.

The loop that makes it work

Most talent marketplaces die empty: no supply, no buyers, no trust. Andagna starts with supply built in, through a partnership with ADITA — the Africa Digital & Innovation Technology Academy in Addis Ababa.

1

Train

ADITA

Bootcamps and professional tracks in AI, data, development, and design. Every cohort ships a live product by Demo Day.

2

Certify

Andagna

Graduates pass a four-gate assessment — technical, English, remote-readiness, live product review.

3

Place

Andagna

Certified engineers join global teams through dedicated, project, or placement engagements.

4

Grow

Together

Placements fund the story; the story fills the next cohort. The loop feeds itself.

About ADITA

ADITA runs accelerated programs, corporate training, certification tracks, and an AI incubator from Addis Ababa — including the ProductAI Sprint, a 10-day build where mixed teams deploy a real AI product and present it to employers on Demo Day. Programs run in partnership with AASTU, HilCoe, ALX Academy, and AAU.

Every Andagna Certified engineer carries a deployed product from that pipeline as proof of work — not a certificate PDF.
