Project delivery
A scope, a team, escrow between you and the risk.
We assemble a certified team against a fixed scope. Funds sit in escrow and release per milestone as you approve each delivery. If a milestone slips, the money hasn't moved.

Direct placement
We find them, you hire them.
We source and certify the engineer; you hire them directly onto your own payroll or contractor agreement. We charge a one-time fee and step out of the way.
